Shipping policy

Canada Post lettermail:

Lettermail shipping is untracked, and no tracking number will be provided. Lettermail shipments usually arrive within 5-7 business days. We provide this service to try and reduce the cost of shipping for you, the customer. If you cannot bear the thought of your gum being lost by Canada Post, consider upgrading to standard shipping. 

Standard:

Standard shipments will be sent via courier, and accompanied by a tracking number. All shipments that qualify for free shipping will be sent via courier and tracked.
